1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using this website and the services provided by Little IT Co ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.

2. Provision of Services

Little IT Co provides Managed IT Services, Consulting, and Support. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) at any time with or without notice.

We engage in partnerships with third-party vendors and service providers to deliver comprehensive solutions. By using our services, you acknowledge that parts of the service delivery may involve these trusted partners.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Site and Services only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms and any applicable law, regulation, or generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with any account you use to access our Resources.
• You are solely responsible for any consequences, losses, or damages that we may directly or indirectly incur or suffer due to any unauthorized activities conducted by you.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images, and logos are the intellectual property of Little IT Co, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. Any inappropriate use, including but not limited to the reproduction, distribution, display or transmission of any content on this site is strictly prohibited, unless specifically authorized by Little IT Co.

5. Payment and Terms

Fees for our services are set forth in our Rate Card or specific Service Agreements. Payment terms are strictly 14 days from the date of invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts that are overdue.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Western Australia, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
